Professional Photography of the Las Vegas Arts District’s First Alpine Yurt Bar

Viking Mike’s is a high-concept "après-ski" escape in the middle of the Nevada desert. I was commissioned by the operating partners to capture the theatrical design and culinary storytelling that makes this Arts District spot a viral sensation.

The menu at Viking Mike's is as theatrical as the room. My work highlighting the Viking-themed cocktails and Alpine dishes includes:

• The "Girl Dinner": A gin/vodka freezer martini served uniquely in a vessel of ice and olives.

• The Yggdrasil: A vibrant cocktail featuring Scotch and krupnikas, styled to emphasize its Norse mythological roots.

• Alpine Staples: High-contrast imagery of house-made bratwurst with curry ketchup and the "House Browns" (savory potato hash).
