I was commissioned to capture the launch of Burgerelle, a new restaurant opening in Seongdong-gu, Seoul serving up New American cuisine. Founded by Chef Edward Hah, Burgerelle represents the culmination of his culinary experience working at top United States burger joints, now reimagined with premium local ingredients like Andong Hanwoo beef.
