n/naka

n/naka is a Japanese tasting menu restaurant with two Michelin-stars owned and operated by chefs Niki Nakayama and Carole Iida. The wonderful team at FWD PR asked me to create a dozen videos featuring Niki and Carole talking about life outside the restaurant. I also photographed n/naka’s gorgeous winter kaiseki menu.
