Photographing Danny Boy’s meant capturing an obsession. Team Danny Boy’s Pizza traveled to tomato farms, cross-examined oven makers, and tested thousands of dough recipes to achieve the perfect slice. My goal was to match that exact level of passion with my lighting and art direction —ensuring that the crispness of the crust, the rich color of the food and space, and the story of a Chef Daniel Holzman’s New York childhood dream brought to life to The Valley of Southern California.
