When the #2 rated pizzeria in the United States expands, the food world takes notice. I was commissioned by Eater LA to photograph the grand opening, interiors, and expanded menu for Pizzeria Sei’s brand-new flagship location at 10700 Tabor Street (on Overland) in Palms, Los Angeles. Founded by Chef William (Sang Woo) Joo and his partner Jennifer So, this photo essay for Eater documents how the critically acclaimed concept has evolved its legendary Tokyo-style Neapolitan foundation into a spacious new destination.
