The “Charcoal” Cookbook
As part of a 14-day project, I photographed each dish in this cookbook written by chef Josiah Citrin and Joann Cianciulli. I created over 12,000 photos over the course of the shoot. Citrin owns the popular beach town restaurant Charcoal Venice. The cookbook is devoted to dishes made with fire and recipes best served at backyard cookouts.
