Charcoal Venice
Michelin-starred chef Josiah Citrin runs Charcoal Venice, where meat, seafood and vegetable dishes are cooked to perfection over open flames. After photographing all the food in Citrin's “Charcoal” cookbook in 2018, the restaurant's PR team, which is led by Joy Limanon, hired me to capture the brunch menu. The photoshoot lasted 2 hours and took 2 hours of post-production time.
