INN ANN - Japan House Los Angeles

Chef Morihiro Onodera created a dinner at INN ANN - Japan House Los Angeles built around a single ingredient: konjac, a purple plant commonly eaten in Asia. Dignitaries and food companies based in Japan flew to LA for the meal. This photoshoot was meant to highlight the speakers at the dinner as well as the food.
